Go to a drug store, and speak with the cosmetician. There are a million products to take care of this. Tell them money is an issue and they won't show you the most expensive item in the store.
Pimples can be caused by a poor diet....eat more green leafy things....and by clogged pores.
Use a gentle skin cleansing lotion instead of soap on your face. Something with no alcohol in it is best.
Use a skin toner to cleanse and close pores.
(non alcohol)
You can use an anti-biotic cream that is more often used for cuts. It will stop inflammation.
Keep your hands off your face. Or wash your hands a lot!
