They all work to a point. I have used the rembrant strips and the crest strips. You have to be very careful though, because you can get teeth sensitivity from using the strips or the gels you apply. This sensitivity lasts for a while and is very uncomfortable while eating acidic foods (including sodas) and sweet or cold things.
My suggestion, and it is has worked for me for years, is using a good whitening toothpaste (Aquafresh Extreme Clean + whitening, or the Crest White Effects) and an automatic toothbrush to get your teeth as clean and polished as possible using the whitening toothpaste.

Other Replys:Crest White stripes work really well. I have used them twice before. The first time I used them it was a very noticeable difference. The only thing I didn't like about them was they can sometimes make your teeth sensitive. They now have other brands that are not as expensive. Just check to make sure they have the same active ingredients.
Other Replys:I prefer rembrandt gel with the teeth whitening trays. You can boil them for a couple of minutes, then put them on your teeth and they customize as they cool. They are alot easier to use because they don't slide around on your teeth but, they take a little more time. Works just as well. I put them a half hour before bed then take them out and brush.
