I try everything and my teeth just get worse. Now, I feel so embaressed to even smile or open my mouth in school or in my own house! Plus, you should see how long I brush! HELP!!!!!!

First you should consider having a dental cleaning and check up if you haven't already. If your teeth aren't clean, your gums aren't healthy or you suffer from many cavities all of the brushing won't fix it. What I mean is that once buildup (stain, tartar and plaque) has been there a while you can't brush it off and it acts as a magnet for more buildup. This buildup gives you bad breath and cavities. Once this is off your teeth I would agree that Crest Whitestrips are a good option. As a dental hygienist I sell them at my office for $75.00 which is more than Walmart, but ours are 3 weeks worth of strips and are 3 times stronger, so they are more effective. If you don't have insurance you might be able to go to a local dental hygiene school for free or a small donation. Believe it or not, your mouth health is related to how healthy the rest of your body is!!!

Other Replys:I've tried several different options and Crest Whitestrips have had the best results. If you use the 10 day ones, you'll notice a huge change with in the first 2 or 3 days, it's very cool. Also, the best toothpaste I've found is Arm & Hammer whitening w/ baking soda. They help keep your teeth really bright. But you have to make sure not to over do it, since you seem to be trying everything. Using too many chemicals on your teeth could actually be destroying your enamel and therefore your teeth will be even MORE susceptible to stains. Just stick with the whitestrips and a good toothpaste! I hope this helps.
