Not brushing your teeth?
Okay, I am pregnant and curious.... My step dad has not brushed his teeth in 20 years!!!!! Yeah... gross I know... but his teeth are pretty much just gone, black! I was wondering if this can kill him, or if he may get some disease which can be contagious to my baby. Also, when my baby comes, how can I tell him nicley not to kiss on my baby or feed him out of his bowl?

there is really no polite way ...just be direct and ask him not to feed your child from his plate or utensils....your baby will have a very low immune system and can't fight off infections and diseases like an adult...
yes it can kill him...bad oral hygiene is the leading cause of heart disease..the bacteria gets in his gums hitchhikes through his bloodstream to his heart causing an infection...he needs to see a dentist

there is a chance that he could get very sick from it but it wouldn't be contageous

btw it wont kill the baby just wash its mouth as soon as possible but dont let ur father see u coz he might know that ur afraid of him by infecting ur child.
