Teeth whitening advice please?
Im getting myteeth whitened next week after getitng my braces of which i have had for 3 and a half years. Im 18.
Im getting my teeth laser whitened and i have read it is ment to lighten your teeth up to 9 shades. Because i am young will it mean by teeth will go alot whiter then older people who get it done?

As a man, I have to add that at some point, this really looks unattractive to me. It is sort of like too much plastic surgery. If a woman is spending this much time and money to change the way she looks, then I am very wary of what is on the inside.

I think if you get some whitening toothpaste it might keep them like new but there are so many products on the market now and I have seen the results on one wooow Amazing
Other Replys:Yes, it will take your teeth lighter than people who have had longer time to build up stain on their enamel.
However, with laser whitening, you have to go back to the office for touch-ups when you feel your teeth are getting stained again. This could be quite costly.
My recommendation is to get the laser treatment and avoid drinking anything with color additives in it, for example, dark colored colas, coffee, tea and even red wine. These will all restain the enamel. If you do drink them, use a straw to bypass your front teeth or brush your teeth right afterward.
