Brushing my teeth???
I brush my teeth about 3-4 times a day, usually because its impossible to avoid sugar completely... is this bad for my teeth? (wearing down the enamel?)

4 times a day would probably be too much. twice (morning-night) is the reccommended amount.
However, 4 times shouldnt be too bad for your teeth unless you;re brushing too hard. Don;t use more pressure than if you were brushing your skin.
Toothbrushes are also available which click if you use too much pressure.

4 times is probably too much. They should be brushed 2-3 times a day. It's very possible that it could wear your enamel down.
Other Replys:acids will wear down the enamel, sugars as well.
but brushing your teeth that much gets rid of the acid/sugar build up.
so unless your toothbrush is made of nails for brisols, you are good to go! :D
