My teeth seem to well keep getting worse, why?
Alright it started about a year ago. My two, top back teeth started breaking. Now a third tooth is doing the same. I do brush but no I don't floss. Now here's what I started thinking about. About two years ago I used those white strips and everytime I breathed my teeth would ache. Is it possible that the stripes did something to my teeth? It just seems to get worse. And for the record I'm 21. Thanks!!

I don't think that it's the whitening strips. In addition to cleaning your teeth, you need to take a calcium supplement. Drink whole milk if you can and def start taking the supplements pronto.

You are way too young to be losing your teeth. You should see a dentist about this. They say those white strips cause sensitivity in teeth. I've been scared to use them for this reason. Who knows? Maybe they'll discover that they do damage teeth. There have been other products on the market that have hurt people, so why not white strips?
